Episode 5 – Will Porter

Dr. Will Porter is a postdoctoral associate in Prof. Colette Heald’s group. Will is a physicist studying how weather patterns affect air quality. We discuss Will’s journey from comparative literature to teaching in Japan and culminating at MIT. We also discuss the weather (!), the importance of scientific fluency, bioenergy crops, and what city is most prone to bad air quality!
